Founder and CEO

Robyn Foster, RA has combined her expertise in the architectural and real estate industries to create a platform for aquiring and transforming underperforming, undervalued properties into cashflowing producers of solid revenue. With her stands an advisory board with over 100 years experience in the areas of banking, law, business protocol, and customer service.

Ms. Foster is a registered architect (RA) and serves on the Auburn University School of Architecture Advisory Board. Her design, facilities management, construction administration, and ownership experience in the areas of multi-family commercial and retail projects has positioned her well to respond to the challenges and opportunities the current commercial real estate market presents. She has also leveraged the stellar business relationships she has built to create channels for funding procurement for clients on projects that range from $500,000 to $400,000,000 in size for business sectors within and outside of commercial real estate.

Markets

Ms. Foster's ultimate goal is to not only improve the livability and revenue generating capactiy of property locations, but to also enhance and revitalize the surrounding community.  Her key strategies include procurring committed tenants and revamping the visual appeal and ambiance of the site.

RFI serves clients throughout the United States.  The company currently holds properties in Alabama and Georgia and will acquire additional properties in these states, as well as South Carolina, North Carolina, Mississippi, and Texas.
